Most restaurant content shows the food. That works for a Pinterest board. It doesn't book Saturday at 7pm.

We shoot the room — the chef walking a snack out before the manager's called it, the orange wine landing next to the counter regular, the line you only hear if you're sitting on the bar side: "we'll send you something."

The frame that turns a follower into a booking is the one a static menu reel can't match. Documentary realism doesn't mean handheld camera. It means waiting until the room reads true, then cutting.

Growth ($5,000/mo) is the steady-state — one full shoot day, drone where it earns it, 12 posts + 4-6 reels, $1,500 bundled ad spend, full CRM automation, fortnightly strategy calls.
