Terms of service

Engagement

All retainer engagements run on a three-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Pricing is per the public tiers at /pricing or per the custom Studio quote.

Ad spend

Ad spend is bundled per tier and paid to Meta + Google at cost. No agency markup. If you want to spend above the bundled amount, the additional spend is invoiced separately at cost.

Ownership of work

You own the final deliverables we produce for you (reels, stills, written content). Konquer retains the right to use the work in our portfolio (this site, Notes, social) unless you opt out in writing.

Payment

Invoiced monthly in advance via Stripe. 7-day terms. Late payment triggers a pause on production after 30 days overdue.

Cancellation

After month three, cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. We deliver outstanding work + handover access to the CRM, ad accounts, and any unscheduled content.

Soft Launch ($497)

One half-day shoot, five reels in seven days, no retainer commitment. If you upgrade to Launch / Growth / Scale within 14 days, the $497 is credited back. Non-refundable otherwise.
