Who we are

Konquer Media Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based content production and marketing agency. We're bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

When you submit a brief, email us, or call us, we collect: your name, business name, email, mobile, and the content of your enquiry. If you become a client, we collect billing information via Stripe (we don't store card details). For paid social campaigns we use, we collect aggregate performance metrics via Meta + Google Ads.

What we don't collect

We don't track you across the web. We don't use Facebook Pixel on this site. We don't sell or share your contact details with third parties. We don't retarget you based on this site visit.

How we use it

To respond to your brief, send you a deck, run a discovery call, and (if you become a client) deliver the services we've contracted. We send a monthly invoice + report. We don't add you to any marketing lists without your explicit opt-in.
