Meta and Google ads, managed in-house. Ad spend is bundled at every tier. Lookalikes, retargeting, attribution that ties dollars to bookings — or sold cars, or settled loans.
How we run paid →03 — Convert
Missed-call text-back so a Saturday enquiry doesn't go cold by Monday. Review request sequences. Renewal triggers. A unified inbox so every channel ends in your CRM.
How we close →Who for
01 — Hospitality
The bookings sit at the bar. We shoot the room, not the menu. Inside the Garden trained us to wait for the moment a regular leans in — that's the frame that turns a follower into a Saturday cover.
Hospitality →02 — Real estate
Listing walkthroughs, agent personal-brand content, neighbourhood updates. A buyer who watches your suburb update on Sunday inspects on Saturday. We build the cadence.
Real estate →03 — Finance
First-home-buyer education, rate-compare content, pre-approval funnels. The CRM does the follow-up the broker doesn't have time for. Compliance-aware copy from the desk side.
Finance →04 — Automotive
Inventory videos shot during trading hours without interrupting the floor. Hero-car Meta campaigns. Owner-retention content for the service desk — a serviced customer is a next-car customer.
Automotive →Inside the Garden — Channel 31, 2024
We pitched Inside the Garden to Channel 31 in 2023 as a documentary about Melbourne kitchens. They commissioned thirteen episodes. The first three we cut the way brand films get cut. The last ten we stopped.
The brand work Konquer ships now is downstream of those ten episodes — the same documentary-realism craft, in a smaller form. It's why the camera stays on a chef wiping a knife instead of cutting to the dish. It's why your reel doesn't look like every agency's reel.

What we don't do
We make content for the seven people in your suburb's catchment who were already going to spend $200 on dinner this Saturday. The other fifty thousand views don't pay rent. If your last reel got reach but no bookings, that's the gap we close.
